Refund policy
As all of our products are made on demand - We don't offer Refunds, We only offer exchanges in case of damage/defect or Size issues.
EXCHANGES POLICY
- We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
- We accept exchanges only in cases of products having any manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery or If you need to replace the size.
- Exchange can be done only once per order. we will arrange a reverse pickup and a new product will be dispatched once the return has been recieved at no extra cost.
RETURNS PROCESS
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at quirkpixofficial@gmail.com, customer should contact us within the time specified above schedule.
- The customer mention the Order ID, explain the issue and has to upload the pictures/image of damaged/defective product which they have received in the email. Make sure the damage/defect is clearly visible in the sent image.
- The product to be returned should be finely packed with the original packing and tags. We will only process the exchange request after we receive the product.
CANCELATION
- As all of our products are made on demand we won’t be able to cancel or make changes to your order once we start fullfilling your order.
